Burning 2018
okay in the moment i didn’t think i liked this film, but then i started thinking and couldn’t stop thinking about it. the shots are so beautiful and very murakami-esque. beneath the slightly slow paced surface is a beautifully devastating story about memory and perception. i enjoyed the fact that it made me think and i thought there was a lot of beauty in this movie. a nice watch overall!
