While the cinematography is all encompassing, shrouded in reverie like imagery, I wanted to feel more connected to the characters.

This series never ceases to amaze me. I’ve watched it a number of times and each time, the ending leaves me with the same feeling; awe, shock, confusion, curiosity, and speechlessness.
It is truly a masterpiece as it emotionally analyzes the oppression of women, the meaning behind dreams, and the importance memories play in shaping one’s identity. Sarah Gadon plays Grace with such ease... she portrays her ever changing persona so wonderfully I’m convinced she was made for this role.…
