The Substance 2024
Never seen anything like this before. Had to cover my face during half of it and although body horror is def not my genre I appreciated that they really enbraced it and fully went into it instead of just teasing it. The cinematography, layered storytelling, ending, acting performances, music choices were perfect. So much to analyse and def worth the hype!

intersting and unique storyline with plottwists that did not feel exaggerated. refreshing to see how these difficult topics were approached from a female gaze. excellent music choice and loved the ending. something was missing for the woow/ 5stars but don't know what exactly. excited to see zoe kravitz upcoming projects.

never knew a tennis movie would be this entertaining, I really get the hype now. not bored for a single second. clever storyline and the cuts and edits were quite unique. absolutely loved the music and zendaya (duh) but not a huge fan of josh and mike tbh.
