I cried from the time we saw Glinda in the opening song until the very end. This was one of the most well designed and beautifully put together movies that I have ever seen and frankly, I think that those who are questioning the intense emotions of Ariana and Cynthia may simply be emotionless themselves.
ESPECIALLY watching this movie as a young black woman...wow. I am not sure that I have seen the experience of: eventually being so authentically yourself…
