I genuinely believe this is one of the greatest movies ever made and here I will explain the many reasons why. From Robert Zemeckis and Steven Spielberg just off the back of the equally amazing ‘Back to the Future’ they were able to do the unthinkable and get both Disney and Warner Bros animated characters to appear on screen together creating the iconic duelling pianos scene between Donald and Daffy Duck. Brilliant movie, Jim Cummings is one of the best actors, writers and directors around right now. He’s made some brilliant movies of his own and still finds the time to turn up in someone else’s movie here and steal the show amongst a brilliant ensemble.

    “Like Bonnie and Clyde”
    “Nawhhh like Kit and Holly”
    “Who’s that?”
    “Badlands… Baby”

You will not watch a film that leaves you with a bigger smile on your face than this one all year, I can promise you that. Great send off and final film for Roger Michell.

Directed By Rian Johnson. No other 4 words could inspire me with such confidence about a film as those 4. Great to see this early at one of the LFF preview screening but it’s gonna eat me alive having nobody to talk about it with for over a month. A must watch one of the most crowd pleasing and enjoyable movies of the year. It takes everything that was amazing about Knives out and simply takes it all up a notch. THIS is how you do a sequel.
