WHY WAS THIS THE BEST MOVIE IVE EVER SEEN it had me hooked from the first minute. why was i crying at the end i don't know. the maggot knock off dune creatures were so FUCKING CUTE i was so emotionally attached to them. the political parallels were the craziest thing. mark ruffalo did an INCREDIBLE t*ump and robert pattinson better win an oscar for this his acting was a masterpiece. anyway i will be thinking about this for weeks

this was a very beautifully shot movie like the light work and choreo were so cool. they cherry-picked the hell out of the transgender operation song when this got nominated i had such low expectations bc of that but it’s truly a great movie. felt longer than it needed to be and also like…. why did manitas need a lawyer to organize all that??? some of the dialogue made NO sense and too much of the music was speak-sung which i personally hate BUT. i did actually enjoy it a lot. don’t think it deserved to win over wicked tho
