  I wish this could have tugged at my heart more.
  Some parts were interesting and fun while some parts took me out.
  An awkward conclusion to the film indeed. Almost like they didn't know how to end it.

  Sofia Coppola's Marie Antoniette is a visually stunning movie.It takes a while to get used to its quirky/sarcastic tone but once you do,it becomes much more enjoyable.
  The movie is meticulous in its craft from the awing costumes (courtesy of the talented Milena Canonero) to its depiction of French culture amongst royals and aristocrats.

  Damnnn, I would have so much fun making this movie. So, I have been excited about Zola ever since I found out the script was adapted from a twitter thread. Taylor Paige and Riley Keough had such an organic chemistry and superb acting. The fun surreal lighting used in the beginning pulled me in. Janicza Bravo (the director) directed one of my favorite episodes of Atlanta.It was nice seeing more of her work as an entire movie. So yeah, superb…
