One of Them Days 2025
Usually skeptical about comedy movies as I tend to find them really cringe & lately the storylines have been pretty awful. I did want to watch this as I thought the press tour for this movie showed a cute & funny relationship between Issa, Keke & Sza - which made me curious. Also, I’m a fan of all three. The movie was funny & I had a good time with friends.

I feel like the change to make the show a movie is really what lead to the demise of this sequel. Even though Disney’s record with sequels is probably one of the worst, I feel like they had potential with Moana considering the endless opportunities in terms of free range on the ocean. The story feels rushed and doesn’t flow as well as it could. Also, the songs felt forced rather than as natural as the first. Granted the composer…
