Listening to those dialogues is really painful, and I haven't been this bored during a movie in a long time. It's overrated to the max.

The only real downside is the unnecessarily rushed ending, which feels somewhat abrupt and out of place. If the story had taken more time to build toward its climax, the conclusion would have felt far more natural and convincing.
