  Ive never nearly stopped watching a movie in the first 15 minutes only for it to become one of the best things ive watched all year (including 2023). This movie went beyond simply a feminist lens to so cleverly point out the unwritten rules of “polite society” that suppress human nature and disproportionately restrict female freedoms & pleasure in the most intelligent, hilarious, and matter of fact way. From the dialogue to the set & costume design & Emma stones INCREDIBLE performance, this for sure makes the top 10 list this year. Chefs kiss🧑‍🍳 will be rewatching again very soon

  wiiiiild stuff man. quite disappointed with wrapping the entire plot up in like 2 minutes and going in such an unnatural direction with the protagonists character development. but it might all have been redeemed by the final dance scene at the end that THREW ME
