Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga 2024
Mum was halfway so sister and I joined for the 2nd half. Off the wall craziness, I respect the ambition and Miller's vision. Despite the outrageous action, the CGI hurts some of the shots. The revenge aspect is super strong, and makes me reflect on how to make your audience feel that same hunger for violence and retribution as your protagonist. Love the silence for music and curt dialogue.
It was funny to see it click for mum that this was the same Charlize Theron character and therefore a prequel to Fury Road.
