  I’m finally rating and reviewing this after watching it weeks ago. And to say this movie got me bad in an understatement. I deadass sent more than 12 minutes worth of video of me just sobbing and explaining how much this movie fucked me up. I think the part that really did it for me was as I watched the movie I couldn’t help but feel the guilt from every character. And it’s this guilt that seems so unnecessary but…

  But seriously this movie really does show what it means to have a parent with depression and how sometimes we just end up like a cog in the machine.

  “You have so much love to share with the world and so much life yet to live.”
  Imagine if Ronald had this conversation with Tyler. How much of a different fate would there had been if he was neglected to the same they did Emily? Tyler is almost this modern age Icarus, he had everything and just flew too close to the sun. Then seeing Emily post arrest, and how she allowed herself to live a life for herself was everything. Cute but crazy movie, and I loved the music 😋
