I don't think people are getting what this movie is about. And its meaningfulness is what makes it great. This *is not* a movie about aliens impregnating a newlywed wife. It's about the decay of a romantic relationship and the struggles of starting a family.
The honeymoon period of a relationship is rainbows, unicorns, and sex every day. But past that period, change is both inevitable and scary.

The movie is waaay too nonsensical tho. Maybe this is some next level post-irony artistic movement we're not ready for yet, or maybe it's just trying to be a fun movie...? also, why does every single character have mommy/daddy issues? i mean, i guess we all do but still ???
