  Joker: Folie à Deux cements itself firmly within the expanding Hollywood culture permeated by soulless cinematic cash grabs of sequels and remakes. The silver screen took my heart like a child in awe of the moon, and ruptured it with terrible musical dripple inspired by the likes of a motionless dementia-ridden dog, begging to be put down, instead forced to be walked by a snotty 13-year-old edge fest of a boy.   Even with the major budget increase everything felt kind of subdued, the drama was just not as captivating in a lot of the games scenes, couldn't bear the fish boy! Loved Johanna though, needed more of her to be HONEST. A lot of my enjoyment came from the capitol scenes which I'll fully admit became the exception to the subdued energy.
