Conclave 2024
To create a storyline and film around, what some consider to be, a dull procedural obligation and still manage to capture the audience’s attention is an art form. I have high praise for Conclave. Love Actually 2003
Truly an honorable mention for my top 4. A movie that covers all types of love—romantic, platonic, familial, obligatory/demanding, motherly, unrequited, challenging, you name it, and even going as far enough to show the absence of love (GRIEF), you have to recognize the beauty in it. Plus it’s always a nice reminder that if you look for it, love actually is all around :,)
