Solo: A Star Wars Story 2018
This was good! A good popcorn flick and everything you expect from a Star Wars film. I wanted more Chewie history, but perhaps that’s a story for another day.

The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring 2001
It’s been so long since I’ve watched this! I was OBSESSED as a teenager and while the magic didn’t quite hold up some 10+ years later (how could it?), it’s still a really beautiful film that captures the book well.

I love sci-fi with all my heart, and this film is a great example of sci-fi at its best. Aliens and otherworldly mysteries that all come together to ask the very human questions: If you knew you would lose, would you still choose to love? Would you try to change the future if you could?
Beautiful cinematography, score, acting. Will rewatch again.
