  i keep seeing reviews talking about the string sequence with the ex but honestly the romance/grief aspect was the last thing on my mind watching it. while charming in a minotaur's labyrinth and ariadne's ball of read thread way, it felt kind of redundant and unexplored in the grander scheme of the film.

  to me this was a movie about a man struggling with the fact that he's becoming part of the problem in a world where what he loves…
