The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes 2023
I honestly liked this way more than expected. Definitely had the hunger games thrill of gruesome violence toned down just enough to be PG-13. I feel like the plot was not easy to predict so I was genuinely on the edge of my seat for what happens next.
My critique would be the writing wasn’t the best- some throwaway references to the hunger games that really could’ve been removed (Katniss!) or like weird transitions between a serious conversation and look…Translated from by

This is the darkest movie ever in terms of the visuals: would not recommend watching it at the drive in cinema in the middle of summer where you can’t see a thing. Basically experienced this as an audio only experience.
Things I liked: Harrison Ford running around, the beginning bit where they are escaping on a train was great, love a good tunnel on a train moment, de-aged Harrison Ford wasn’t even that weird. I liked that the goddaughter was…Translated from by
