  A fun one-time watch. It's not as funny or timeless as the others, but there are certainly entertaining aspects. It's probably 30 minutes too long, though, and the CGI de-aging trend isn't fun and never was fun.

  An absolute blast of a film. It seems like this one was really fun to make. Probably 20 or 30 minutes too long? But the movie is so confident in itself that I really can't be mad. Absolutely worth the time if you have it to spare.

  It's basically Final Fight: The Movie. That's exactly what I want out of my movies. The best lines you've ever heard, the swagger of a white man with a right hook from god, and the focus and skill required to kill no one in a movie all about whooping the shit out of people combine their powers to create an incredibly fun thrill ride. It even has the closest you can get to a gay woman in a film from this time!

  When you live for the fight, romance is but a justification.

  I absolutely adore this movie. Everything about it, from pacing, to world building, to characters, are just perfection. Not to mention, it's the one that started it all! While the Special Editions actively harm the movie as a whole, it's still a great movie to watch no matter what format.
