  A fun summer horror flick filled with 80s nostalgia and, of course, lots of blood. While I had a good time watching this movie, I do feel the need to add that the ending felt rather predictable/unsurprising. I felt like I was still waiting for the final twist reveal when the credits began to roll. However, Mia Goth’s incredible performance as Maxxxine is this movie’s savior, and ultimately creates a memorable addition to the ‘final girl’ trope that dominates this campy slasher trilogy.
