  Twisters is structured like a superhero movie — it's really about one hero facing her CGI demons alone. This is getting boring! It misses what made Twister excellent and dynamic and crackling — it was a movie about a taut relationship tested in an action plot (a giant metaphor of couples therapy). The original is smarter, more interesting, and much more fun.
