Another great performance from Choi Min- Sik!! Albeit I’ve only ever seen him in old boy, but between these two films alone I can see the range in his acting so much.
Intense film, had my eyes covered for me when it was a very gruesome scene.
Also props to Lee Byung- Hun, a role I’ve not seen him in. You can clearly see how much emotion he conveys with very little change to his expressions and not much dialogue.
biased review, I love this film so much and I understand it so much more than I did as a 9 year old.

The ending confused me for a little bit until I realised it was the only way she knew how to say thank you.
The first film in awhile that made me excited, booked a 11:30pm screening on the day it released. Only me and my friend were in the cinema. Fun but sad, not too sad though - a lot of comedic moments that wasn’t over the top.
I can’t stop saying “bangin” in Ivan’s accent now.
