Mr. & Mrs. Smith 2005
Why don’t we make movies like this anymore😭 I had a grand time watching this movie. Albeit the plot could have had more excitement perhaps, but I think the love shared between Brad and Angelina made up for it. Their banter was too good, the chemistry was insane and no one has ever reached this level (prove me wrong). I’m also a gigantic sucker for a good spy movie so this really hit all the bases for me - action, romance, wittiness, good actors. My crush on Angelina Jolie has been cemented for the rest of my life.

Poor Things 2023
I do appreciate a movie that makes you think. I believe once you have a grasp of the central message, this film becomes much easier to understand and appreciate. I thought this was beautiful, even if a bit grotesque at times. This film was shocking, maybe in a disturbing way but also in a way that made the plot more impactful (I think). The cinematic analysis of this movie is so fun and I love when a movie offers so much depth to be able to inspect every character, every camera angle, every action, every scene.
