    The movie was inspired by a story from the 14th century, where David Lowery heavily modified it to his own desires. 
    The movie is simply about Gawain (the nephew of King Arthur) who struggles to become a knight, and deals with cowardice throughout the movie.
    Gawain isn’t a protagonist we root for, but can relate to, and follow throughout a new fantasy world that feels refreshing.

    Men is a very strange but beautifully filmed movie. I wasn’t sure what to expect, and all I knew about the film was the end is “very f*****”.
