  what a tragically romantic film…

  this film is expertly paced.
  as you meet anais you’re in somewhat of a frenzy; crashing about with no idea which way is up but not at all lost in the chaos. 

  as our love interests are introduced the frenzy shifts, one could say it slows. 

  but when anais falls in love….you’re also enveloped in her love sickness. you’re caught up in her desperate need to do, say and be the right thing for love. it’s intoxicating, it’s beautiful, it’s heartbreaking. 

  anais, i too am in love.

  i was thoroughly disappointed with the narrative of this film…

  it felt like witnessing a private conversation between a couple where one person is clearly not hearing the other. 

  there were a lot of beautiful moments where the collective talent got to shine but for the most part i was frustrated, underwhelmed and disappointed at how little faith was left with the audience.
