Green Book 2018

Re-watched it for the first time since 2018 and found it even more brilliant - the plot, the pacing, the style, the acting. The only thing I didn't understand plot-wise was why the writers needed to make Shirley gay. As far as I understood he wasn't in real life and the movie was already spot-on in terms of his identity crisis and lack of belonging to any community, so the two moments when he comes out as gay seemed unnecessary
