The Damned 2024
This was great to look at, beautifully shot, fairly interesting setting, great sets and amazing scenery. In terms of the story, I was thinking something like early 19th century version of The Thing during most it.
The ending fell pretty falt for me and it didn't quite make sense so I left a bit disappointed. And please please, we don't need scenes explaining exactly what happened, have some respect for the audiences intelligence and leave some room for interpretation

There's bones of an interesting movie here but the dialogue has so much exposition in it that it removes almost any chance of interpretation, every scene between characters felt more like a forced conversation to explain what's happening and exactly what they're thinking. Theres a poorly acted monologue explaining exactly what happened that felt extremely unnatural and removed any mystery about the larger narrative and the last line of the movie explains exactly what has happened.
