Your resident Soderbro quite liked this. A fun little romp through a very silly spy game. The cast is superb throughout - Tom Burke and Marisa Abela are the standouts, though of course Fassbender and Blanchett were great in the lead roles as well (Fun to see Lydia Tar and Orson Welles share a screen). I thought the Brosnan casting was clever as well, especially because he's not an overwhelming presence in the story.

I can't believe I'm typing this but you genuinely do forget while watching this that the main character is a monkey. I still don't really understand why they did this and yet... it was clearly the correct call to make him a monkey. I would certainly not have seen this if he wasn't a monkey.
