Jonah Hill…
A quick blast back into 90s culture in literally every way. Definitely a slow start but provided a great level of nostalgia from the childhood themes. Then Herbie’s watermelon man plays and shit gets crazy. Without spoiling anything, it’s everything you think would happen. But wtf Jonah Hill, this is a crazy story to write and when the fuck did he get these directing and producing skills cause this movie was really well done
That final scene left me so spooked. What a perfect ending to a bat shit crazy movie. From the completely incompetent cops, insane suspects, strange family life and nasty drop kicks every fight scene; this movie had it all. The subtitles were in no way an inhibitor to enjoy this movie. The story, acting and cinematography were all A1. Easily better than zodiac
