This was a cool movie that I thought did a great job of portraying the sports and the gambling. It’s always cringey to watch a movie where you feel like you know more about the subject than the characters, but that’s what I didn’t feel with this one; it felt like the characters knew what they were talking about the whole time.
The thing I hated was the plot. Main character realizes a situation is toxic and leaves to coach a kids team? Felt cliché and easy.
I love every sports movie, but this one disappointed me. I had high hopes.
