  Beautiful movie with some of the greatest shots I’ve ever seen in a documentary. Colors popped like nothing else. However, Miranda July’s insufferable narration takes so much joy out of the movie that I nearly gave it a 3. Combined with a corny superimposed love story I found it hard to fully enjoy. What had such incredible potential is brought down by terrible production choices. Otherwise I’ll say it again: some of the greatest shots I’ve ever seen in a documentary. The footage is incredible. Just for that it deserves a 4. Could’ve been a 5 but oh well.

  Around halfway through this movie I began to wonder how it was going to end. I wondered what would happen to the play, what it would look like in the end, the success it would have. The movie ended perfectly opposite to what I anticipated and expected, and I felt almost disappointed, unfulfilled by the ending.
