I tried to watch this once before and turned it off pretty early, now I remember why

The world of the film is well defined to the point where everything that happened seemed to make sense, or at least have a reason. Most of it seemed inevitable for some reason. A lot of that had to do with the acting performance. But at no point did I feel good or comfortable, or settled, or really that I’d learned anything. I don’t know how much of that has to do with the context of Kevin Spacey as we know him now. I kind of regret watching it and I know I won’t watch it again.
