  Les Misérables 2012

  Figured I’d revisit the movie of my favorite musical after seeing it for the first time on stage last week. I think I’m FINALLY ready to admit something that 14 year old me never would’ve admitted….this movie is NEAR perfect….but yeah they should’ve cast people who can sing better. I know they sang live but now we know that it’s possible to have good acting AND good live singing *cough Wicked *cough. Still love this movie though and always will.

  Oof. Not something I’d rewatch unless I was showing someone who hasn’t seen this movie (like in this instance) because it is HEAVY. You know it’s emotional when you start tearing up in the first scene 😩
