  Apparently it was a shocker that I hadn't seen this movie before??

  But it was good - truly a unique children's movie, unlike most children's slop I feel.

  I was really looking forward to this movie for the last few months or so. I think some aspects of this movie are done outstandingly - Jesse Eisenberg's character, the length, the soundtrack, the scenery, the themes, and so much more. I think I'm just in love with these kinds of drama/comedy/"makes you feel like they're so real" movies.

  My only hate is how uncomfortable I get by Benji as a character. Like I get that that's the desired result, I just can't bring myself to like fully love this movie wholeheartedly because of that uncomfortableness.

  very lovely. would 100% watch again.
