The Departed 2006
this movie is so clearly written for men by men. not even once does a woman have an actual role in this movie besides being a girlfriend or object of sexual desire. it’s all bang bang look at my guns everyone dies bullshit. also too many fucking characters that look the same, i literally could not keep track of who was who. i liked some of the shots and the ending scene but overall it was just so dramatic and overdone distastefully. ew.
