The Devil All the Time 2020
Not a movie for everyone, but the story is a slow burn that draws you in. The acting is amazing especially Tom Holland. The way the story intertwines all of the various characters is part of the draw and the story moves to the ending. Warning: it is graphic and violent in parts but never felt like it was gratuitous.

Think Inception on steroids. Christopher Nolan delivers a fast paced, mind bending movie that hits the ground running and doesn’t let up for the next 2 1/2 hours. Definitely will require a couple rewatches (at least) to understand the layers in this movie. Highly entertaining and thought provoking. The cinematography is outstanding, leaving you wondering how they could have possibly shot some of the scenes.

Somehow I had not watched this movie before now. Great movie with some great characters. One of those stories (and songs) that feels like it could have really happened.

The Gentlemen 2019
A unique way to tell a story. Probably not for everyone but I definitely liked the quirkiness of the movie. Excellent cast and loved the characters. Not a predictable story which I appreciate a lot.
