Kind of surprised Zecca didn’t copy Melies here and shoot the film through an aquarium.

I like how Zecca incorporates the title card into the scene- attempting to pan down from the title to the bottom of the sea- unfortunately the jarring cut makes it a failed attempt.

Zecca loves to shock his audiences- so here we get a murder at the bottom of the sea- which, by the way, is just littered with dead bodies.

I can sum these thirty minutes up in thirty words- a father is afraid of dying and forces his young family to constantly consider death, traumatizing the lot of them.

If you want to know how cryogenics work- this thirty minute documentary is not for you.

If you want to know how cryogenics actually affects families that use it- this thirty minute documentary is not for you.

If you want to watch a guy named Nas constantly explaining to his…
