Everything Everywhere All at Once 2022
An excellent idea that I really wanted to love. I found the humor painfully geared to the millennial audience and the plot about family was well-intentioned but disjointed. Excellent visuals and superb acting from the lead… but that could not overcome the disappointment I felt after getting hyped up for this movie. It partially redeems itself at the end with the tonal shift, but it isn’t quite enough.
