Another dive into a film I loved as a teenager... It's flaws are a little more obvious now but it still shines in the moments that really matter. Two wonderful lead performances with tons of on-camera chemistry, and the characters are super compelling.
but it suffers from several symptoms of early-mid 2010s gay film melodrama: Bisexual depression, fucking over every female character because horny, and a horribly unsatisfying ending.
still good though. sad they never got around to the sequel.

Absolutely adore this film. The two female leads bring the house down with their performances, the stunts are absolutely full out and iconic, and the drama is well paced and meaningful. One of my favorite films of all time. Never get tired of watching this one.
