Anora 2024
The sound of the engine and wipers during the end credits, cuts to silence. That ending was incredible.
I can understand why this movie was eaten up by the awards. The acting was amazing across the board. Entire cast must have had their rent due. Karren Karagulian (Toros) easily my favorite character.
Movie was far from anything I could have imagined and I’m glad I gave it my time. Not Best Picture worthy but a very very good watch. No way it’s better than Dune: Part Two.

This year has been great for such movies (Air & Tetris). I’m excited to see more like it.
