  The definition of breathtaking. Kon was a genius, and this film shows it. This and Perfect Blue are like the Yin and Yang to each other, with Perfect Blue being the dark side of obsession, and Millennium Actress being the positive effects of genuine love, admiration, and devotion, no mattee from how far away it is. Every frame matters and every moment holds weight. A definite tear jerker.

  This felt like a student film.
  Ive never seen Richard Madden in a good movie.
  Shailene Woodley gives the worst performance of her career, and she was in the Divergent series.
  Joseph Gordon Levitt slept through this whole thing, it felt like his character from Brick grew up to be a diehard Matchbox Twenty fan.
  The mystery was also bad. Everything was bad.
