Wow I wish I had read the book before watching because that probably would have been one of the best books I’ve ever read had I done it.
This movie takes you on some fucked up twists and turns. It makes you think about religion in the south and in small towns and how fucked up everything can get when people (mostly horrible men) abuse power and authority. What I liked about this movie was obviously the two stories coming…

What a masterpiece. This movie will never stop being good. It’s got everything. Great writing, fantastic cinematography, the editing gives me a hard on, and the twist at the end is one of the best in cinematic history. A fantastic analysis of the idea of objective reality, this concept changed my outlook on life frfr.
Wishing I could watch this for the first time again, but watching as my gf watches for the first time is a close second.
