  An I wrong to think this is good? Like yes, some of the action is lacking, but PWB has great chemistry with Ford, the pulp and the kind of Bond-ness of it was a good update, and I liked that eels land in the category of snakes. Indy is cool

  There were a couple of pretty good podcasts I listened to back in the day, TANIS and The Black Tapes, that this reminds me of. The prologue bit is a five star short film, and maybe I lowered my expectations for the rest of the movie thinking maybe it wouldn’t be able to live up to it, but once it gets to the part of the plot it wants to get to I felt it nearly touches that level again.

  I reserve the right to treat this like a five star, but I get what people mean when they say the second half lacks some juice. But I thought it was a riot, very funny, excellent performances out of Robert Pattinson. I mean this in the most complimentary way possible, I hated Mark Ruffalo in this. Everyone it’s great, I love the creepers. Would make for a fun double feature with Starship Troopers
