i watched this with my 13 year brother, which i think added an air of eeriness because i found myself on multiple occasion watching his face, rather than the show itself.
i just wished they had focussed on katie more. there was such good opportunity here to delve into how devastating cases like these impact the victims family, community, and friends. to be fair, we did get to see how katie's best friend jade responded to the news, but it was very short lived.
nonetheless, flawless acting and a good exploration on the dangers of impressionable young teenage boys consuming red-pill media. the last scene.. 💔
