  Koreeda is used to presenting complicated issues by contrasting two perspectives: adults versus children. Maybe sometimes we underestimate children's understanding of everything that happens in everyday life. However, Koreeda reminds us through his films that there are times when we have to learn from a child's perspective in looking at a problem.

  A group of adults who are busy judging a child who is experiencing pre-family dysfunction due to the loss of the father's role. The little girl's acting was really good, bravo!
