Saint Maud 2019
A scary movie? It's more of a character study I'd say. One of the more unique takes on religious horror that I've seen and while its cinematography feels thematically dreary it is also beautifully shot at the same time. The Social Network 2010
I cannot stress enough how great the screenplay is. Truly one of the best screenplays ever written and mixed with Fincher's directing....phenomenal. The score is just as great and really drives home the fact that The Social Network is a modern classic.

The Batman 2022
Perfectly paced story with beautifully orchestrated action sequences. Matt Reeves's take on The Batman is one of my favorites ever and the non-fantastical and very grounded approach that he takes works amazingly here. Robert Pattinson plays a perfect early years Batman with other brilliant performances by Zoë Kravitz as Catwoman, Jeffery Wright as Gordon, Paul Dano as Riddler, and Colin Farrell who did amazingly in The Penguin series as well. The cinematography here is iconic. The camera work plays well…
