Nineteen Eighty-Four 1984
Nineteen Eighty-Four is a phenomenal book. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for whatever this is. I mean atleast it's an accurate adaptation. However, the pacing is far too quick rushing to all the big moments making the film feel incomplete. Part 1 of the book is already done in 20-ish minutes. The scenes lack so much depth and substance because of this resulting in a bland experience. Hopefully we'll get a better adaptation in the future that'll be Denis Villeneuve Dune level good.

Snowpiercer 2013
Snowpiercer is a great premise - dystopian class division on a train with the last survivors of humanity. However, in practice the film is inconsistent. There are some great moments, especially whenever Tilda Swinton is onscreen.
