The Substance 2024
What a fantastic film! Really pushing the boundaries of what is possible in cinema.
But I must say: the hammer smashing through the wall; the shrivelled-up naked lady in the bathroom; the red corridor with a boldly-coloured hexagonal carpet; the scene with loads of blood gushing through it & bouncing off the walls – ring any bells?!*
(I’m talking about *The Shining).
