  I watched this and Rent a Cat on the same day and drew some comparison! Thought I’d post it here

  Wow that was so disappointing actually…. I think Ani’s character was played well by Mikey Madison but beyond that the characters all felt very dull and lacked the complexity it has been hyped up to have. The ways Ani defended herself feels so childish?? And imo feels disrespectful to the intelligence her character must definitely have!! Like how are u gonna make a film about uplifting and humanizing sex workers through a character that lets herself get trapped in that situation…
