Key Huy Quan desperately needs to make better choices movie wise. These post-Oscar films have been awful.

That aside, how is it possible that every A-list actor in this film manages to give their worst performance ever? It’s like they all unanimously decided that this movie was ass and they’d rather fuck with us than try.

With A.I. being so relevant this could’ve been a great time for another robot takeover movie but instead it’s this weird genocide film where’s Chris Pratt wears a shitty wig the whole time

Genuinely insane and inventive — and I mean that in terms of how Dario creates constant tension. You never feel safe in this film

It really means something when a film can make you fear for the characters safety. Usually you always know when someone will win — but in cinema (outside of blockbusters) you don’t. This film had two worthy characters

    Great fighting

A more literal comparison of capitalism than his other films — especially with Mark Ruffalo and his followers as Trump and MAGA fans — I think the obviousness of the point this movie is making might’ve taken away from the mysticism of the sci-fi world. I believe some more interesting stories could’ve been told within the planet of Neiflheim. Anyway, it’s still really good. All of the actors are phenomenal— especially Pattinson.
